Kapitan Engineering has been designing and implementing cable networks for utilities throughout Wisconsin since 1960. In 1998, the Company's service portfolio was expanded to include Land Surveying for the commercial and private sectors.  Kapitan is now certified as a Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation Woman Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (WDBE).  In addition, Kapitan is a member of the Wisconsin Unified Certification Program and is registered with Milwaukee County, Dane County, and the City of Madison.  Kapitan Engineering is a Small Business Enterprise.
