Kapitan Engineering has been designing and implementing cable networks for utilities throughout Wisconsin since 1960. In 1998, the Company's service portfolio expanded to include Land Surveying for the commercial and private sectors.  While Kapitan Engineering continues to provide construction staking and topographic site surveys for our utility clients, the company's primary role is Engineering fiber optic broadband networks and project implementation. Kapitan has been certified as a Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation Woman-owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (WDBE) as well as a member of the Wisconsin Unified Certification Program and our firm is a Small Business Enterprise.

The company’s guiding principal from its beginning has been focused on providing cost-effective design services while focusing on quality.  Our goal is to establish a strong relationship with our clients, built on trust and reputation.  A key component of this is that we go the “extra mile” to ensure that our designs and network layouts  will meet client's long-term needs thereby providing them with lasting value of their investment.
